Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own and execute strategic cross-functional projects within Rapid and Rural Logistics for Same Day operations.

You will lead network capacity planning, drive innovation, and communicate status to senior leadership while delivering measurable improvements. The role requires 5+ years in program management and supply chain, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

Responsibilities

• Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve R2L goals.
• Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams.
• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities.
• Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations.
• Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business.
