Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a senior engineer to design end-to-end supply chain solutions, lead RFP/RFQ responses, and mentor junior staff. The role requires deep knowledge of air, ocean, and ground transportation and strong client-facing presentation skills.

You will partner with Sales and Tender Management, manage pricing inputs, drive cost savings, and track KPIs while traveling about 10% and working on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions for clients.
• Lead RFP/RFQ support and pricing inputs.
• Manage spot quote and RFQ activity across key accounts.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and analysts.
• Lead recurring business reviews with clients and present results.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
