Responsibilities

• Assist in improving, developing and designing project processes aligned with company goals.
• Handle assigned accounts daily, communicate with customers, address escalations.
• Oversee projects and develop relationships within Crane Worldwide network for capacity solutions.
• Escalate issues with shipments quickly to ensure prompt resolution, including nights/weekends.
