Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will guide end-to-end implementations, align business requirements with system design, and drive optimization across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

You will work with executive stakeholders, mentor teams, and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Deep experience in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and define future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities with data integrity considerations.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documents, including functional/technical specs and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement.
• Support business development with proposals and budgets.
• Travel as needed.
