Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day customer service and OTC activities for industrial sales customers.
• Coordinate order processing, shipping requests, and accurate invoicing to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with product supply, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery commitments.
• Engage with customers regularly on orders, invoicing, and collections to maintain strong relationships.
• Create SAP customer accounts and manage set-up, terms, invoicing, and ship-to locations.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies with customers to prevent past-due invoices.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost position, and performance metrics.
• Support tolling operations for Roundup QuikPro and dicamba salt by coordinating with suppliers and reviewing invoices.
