Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.
• SAP Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day customer service and OTC functions for over 20 industrial sales customers.
• Coordinate order processing, shipping requests, and invoicing with internal teams.
• Collaborate with product supply, external warehouses and stakeholders to ensure product availability.
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing and collections.
• Support tolling operations by coordinating with suppliers and reviewing toller invoices.
