Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Analyst Customer Support for a one-year Short-Term Assignment (STA) in Indianola, PA. You will handle post-sale inquiries across channels, resolve claims, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting multiple internal teams.

You will work remotely where possible and at distribution centers as needed; no relocation or sponsorship is offered. Strong SAP knowledge and customer-service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five+ years in customer service acceptable in lieu.
• Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with Oracle BI, Vistex, and EDI.
• Understanding of customer requirements, pricing, and end-to-end supply-chain activities.
• Strong customer-service, relationship-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. Order-to-Bill (O2B) operations for Radiology Consumables; collaborate with SSO and internal/external customers.
• Serve as primary contact for order, pricing, product availability, and service inquiries.
• Resolve issues through proactive communication and root-cause analysis across teams.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist Contracts team with pricing issues; support reviews and data requests.
• Provide phone coverage and coordinate team assignments to maintain service levels.
• Maintain customer and sales relationships; capture feedback for improvement.
• Support Master Data Governance for customer data with SSO.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.
