Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage exceptional customer service for over 20 industrial sales customers representing $400M in annual revenue.
• Oversee order processing, shipping requests per PO and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with product supply, external warehouses and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability for customers.
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing and collections.
• Create and manage SAP customer accounts, including setup, shipping terms and invoicing.
• Track and reconcile customer Accounts Receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes.
• Support tolling operations and review toller invoices for accuracy.
