Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to lead its DoD-focused compliance program in Bridgeton, MO. The role emphasizes DFARS/MMAS compliance, subcontract flow-down, and supplier management in a highly regulated environment.

You will drive cross-functional programs, advise senior leaders on complex government regulations, and oversee audits, training, and policy updates across Procurement and Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job.
• Prior experience leading or supporting a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), preferred.
• Familiarity with export/trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with supplier sourcing, preferred.
• Experience preparing or reviewing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain-related controls and policies.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS as they relate to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to ensure compliance across programs.
• Coordinate training modules for supply chain compliance and MMAS usage.
• Support audits and responses for CPSR readiness and internal assessments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable policy updates.
