Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager based in Bridgeton, MO, with an option for in-person or remote work.

You will lead compliance programs across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and MMAS requirements. The role requires ~8+ years in DoD environments, a bachelor’s in a related field, and strong ability to translate regulations into policies, training, and actionable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead review and monitoring of the Purchasing System and MMAS to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders on FAR/DFARS as they relate to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Draft and coordinate implementation of supply chain compliance policies, including subcontract flow-down and supplier certification requirements.
• Support the development and validation of material basis of estimate inputs for proposals, aligned with cost/pricing regulations.
• Drive cross-functional programs across Procurement and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as primary compliance interface with internal and external stakeholders, including audits and assessments.
• Develop and deliver annual refresher and new-hire training on supply chain compliance.
• Generate reports by consolidating purchasing compliance data to support leadership decisions.
• Maintain compliance files and audit trails per regulations and policy.
• Lead internal and external audits of the Purchasing System and related processes; coordinate CAPs.
• Support ongoing compliance monitoring, including self-assessments and CPSR readiness.
• Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and translate into policy updates.
• Participate in projects focused on supply chain and procurement compliance.
• Explain findings to staff and leadership and address questions.
