Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager in the Bridgeton, MO area with a flexible in-person or remote schedule.

You will lead internal controls for DFARS and MMAS compliance, advise senior leadership on complex regulatory interpretations, and drive company-wide supplier compliance programs. The role requires ~8+ years in DoD supply chain or compliance, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience with CPSR and cost estimating data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support job functions.
• Prior CPSR experience preferred; ITAR/EAR familiarity advantageous.
• Experience preparing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain systems (Purchasing System and MMAS).
• Provide guidance on complex U.S. Government regulations as they relate to subcontracting and purchasing.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, tools, and controls.
• Support proposal costs with material BOE inputs and ensure data accuracy.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate audits, respond to inquiries, and manage CAP closure.
