Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced Sr. Supplier Performance Manager to lead supplier performance across the Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, Engineering, and Program Management teams. This role requires cross-functional leadership and the ability to manage a major supplier to meet business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree (or equivalent) with extensive operations, program management, and supply chain experience, plus eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance and strategy with Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, and Engineering professionals.
• Improve the overall performance of the assigned supplier.
• Foster collaboration across Product Lines and with the supplier to ensure best practices and objectives are achieved.
• Ensure engagement with Acquisition on all contract requirements and communications with the supplier.
• Assist in evolving supply base alignment with technology roadmaps.
• Travel expected at least 25-50% of the time; all supplier sites are domestic.
