Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Program Supplier Performance Manager to direct cost, schedule, and technical performance for subcontractors, serving as the primary focal point to suppliers and reporting status to program management.

This role is home-based in Annapolis, MD with up to 50% travel to support programs. Required are a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in supply chain/procurement, or a Master’s with 6+ years, plus experience in earned value and risk management, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in supply chain/procurement, program management, or engineering OR Master's with 6+ years.
Experience with earned value and risk management for assigned programs.
Ability to lead projects to cost, performance, and schedule targets.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage all cost, schedule, and technical performance for subcontractors.
Act as main liaison to subcontractors and brief management on status and issues.
Oversee supplier performance, manufacturing operations, and vendor management.
Coordinate supplier design, manufacturing, and program reviews; ensure SOW alignment.
Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure milestones are met.
