Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, operations, or integrated execution roles.
• Experience leading complex aerospace or defense program execution activities.
• Experience managing shortages, supplier constraints, and material readiness within schedule-driven environments.

• Own program-level material readiness strategy, execution visibility, and risk integration.
