Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to define and execute processes for high-quality Sentry components, from PCBA to imaging. You will work with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure reliability and capability across multiple commodity families in demanding field environments.

You will drive supplier qualification, PPAP/AS9102 activities, and RCCA/SCAR processes while maintaining compliance with ITAR and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field; manufacturing/quality emphasis preferred.
• Experience in aerospace/defense hardware across PCBA, structures/power, radar or imaging.
• Experience driving supplier performance, Q clauses, IP and ITAR knowledge a plus.
• FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, PFMEA, GD&T) familiarity required.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to production with strong ownership.
• Proficient in data mining, metrics, and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality development across product stages with engineering teams.
• Provide technical manufacturing/outsource expertise for multiple commodities.
• Lead supplier qualification activities (PPAP, PFMEA, AS9102) and audits.
• Analyze supplier performance, drive RCCA/SCAR actions, and containment.
• Collaborate with sourcing and category teams to meet cost/quality/delivery goals.
• Prepare and lead onsite supplier audits and reviews for contracts.
