Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for the Sentry autonomous surveillance systems. You will drive supplier quality development, PPAP, RCCA, and audits across PCBA, structures and power, radar, and imaging.

Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, RF, and optical teams to ensure high quality components from prototype through production, while managing supplier performance, readiness, and compliance to ITAR. US salary range applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
• Experience in aerospace/defense or similar hardware across PCBA, structures and power, radar, or imaging.
• Experience driving high quality assembly/disassembly and creating drawings/schematics/work instructions with other engineers.
• Experience with supplier performance evaluation, SOW, quality clauses, IP, and ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality development processes through design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification across Sentry commodity families.
• Provide technical expertise for manufacturing and outsourcing processes; assess manufacturability, quality, and cost-efficiency with suppliers.
• Collaborate with development engineering, product quality, and program management to deliver predictable supply and manage exceptions.
• Lead supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, MSA, Audit, PFMEA, AS9102) and supplier readiness.
