Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality across aerospace/defense programs. You will collaborate with design teams, drive quality development with suppliers, and own RCCA/MRB/SCAR processes to ensure first-time quality and reliable parts.

You will work with AS9100/ISO 9001 frameworks, lead supplier audits, and manage supplier performance, with travel up to 50%. This role is based in Atlanta, GA, with a 1-month training in Santa Ana, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor1s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar.
• Experience producing precision mechanical parts for aerospace or defense.
• Experience scaling supplier quality from prototype to production.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS.
• Experience with First Article Inspection to AS9102.
• Ability to review supplier processes and meet requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to ensure manufacturability and data for parts.
• Drive supplier quality development through product development stages.
• Lead supplier audits and qualification activities.
• Manage RCCA and MRB and SCAR processes.
• Ensure compliance with flow-down requirements from customers.
• Own supplier risk elimination across the product lifecycle.
