Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes delivering high quality precision machined parts for missile and high-speed aircraft programs.

You will collaborate with design teams and suppliers to meet quality requirements, drive supplier readiness, and manage quality across the product lifecycle. This is based in Atlanta, GA, with a 1-month training in Santa Ana, CA, covered housing and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience producing precision mechanical parts for aerospace/defense.
• Experience scaling supplier quality from prototype to high-rate production.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 QMS and audits.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to support manufacturability and provide data for precision parts.
• Lead supplier quality development across product development, production, and supplier qualification.
• Drive PPAP, FAI, audits, and supplier qualification activities.
• Own RCCA and MRB activities and manage supplier containment.
• Audit supplier Quality Management System and lead onsite reviews.
