Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah is seeking a Cost & Schedule Manager to lead CAM activities within the Supplier Management Team. You will guide cost and schedule performance, forecasting, and EVMS implementation to support government contracts.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams on large supplier portfolios. A strong background in EVMS, MS Office and project scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of related experience, master’s degree and 6 years of experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or large supplier management portfolio experience in other industries.
• Experience with EVMS and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SMTL Director CAM responsibilities.
• R&O Management & Board Involvement.
• SMT task management. Review RFP input, negotiations, and contract definitization.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Support cost and schedule performance reporting, forecasting, and EVMS implementation.
