Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Supplier Management Team Deputy Manager 2 in Roy, Utah, to lead cost and schedule management across programs. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, and extensive experience with government contracts and supplier portfolios.

You will oversee CAM deliverables, earn value activities, and integration with business leadership, while guiding a team of cost and schedule analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years (or 4 years additional exp in lieu of degree).
• U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance in-scope date within last 6 years.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and large supplier management portfolios.
• Experience with MS Project, or equivalent, and Integrated Master Schedule development.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and cost/schedule performance management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SMT activities with Director and SMTL leadership.
• Manage CAM responsibilities and ROM estimates/BCRs.
• Oversee R&O management, risk assessments, and board involvement.
• Ensure alignment of RFP input, negotiations, and contract definitization.
• Guide cost and schedule performance reporting and audits.
