Clune Construction is seeking a seasoned field leadership professional to guide multi-disciplinary teams on commercial interior, healthcare, and mission-critical projects in Houston. You will oversee preconstruction and field planning, drive safety and schedule performance, and manage coordination with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.

Ideal candidates bring 6–15 years of experience, a BS in Construction Management or related field, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Responsible for supporting pursuits and preconstruction planning with client presentations and high-level schedules.
• Develop phasing, site logistics, transitions, and execution strategies for safe, efficient delivery.
• Direct daily construction activities, coordinate trades, manage manpower, and drive schedule performance.
• Promote safety culture, enforce OSHA standards, and drive QA/QC to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate trades and field execution, resolve constraints, and ensure material readiness.
• Maintain short-term schedules, track milestones, document progress, and surface delays.
• Make timely decisions on constructability, risk, and field constraints to keep projects moving.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, commissioning, and turnover documentation.
• Develop field teams by coaching assistants, engineers, interns, and partners.
