Job summary

Clune is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site project execution across commercial interior, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities. You will drive pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and field coordination while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with project managers, trade partners, and owners to keep projects on schedule, resolve site challenges, and deliver inspections and closeout documentation. Experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating trade partners.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, including developing presentations and pitches.
• Manage pre-construction scheduling, logistics and planning.
• Create, maintain and update project schedules and weekly field updates.
