Clune Construction, a leading employee‑owned general contractor, seeks experienced foreman/field leaders to guide interior, healthcare and mission‑critical projects. You will manage field crews, coordinate trades, and ensure cost, schedule and safety compliance on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with project management during budget development and identify field risks.
• Identify constructability concerns affecting cost and schedule.
• Create master 3-week lookahead schedules showing milestones and sequencing.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts.
• Review daily journals and ensure complete project records.
• Plan field sequencing to protect schedule and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and manage trade partner readiness.
• Communicate with building management to avoid tenant disruption.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and site access.
• Ensure field QAQC and safety practices are followed.
• Prepare weekly field updates and lookahead schedules.
