Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning and project strategy for large, complex projects.
• Direct field teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution.
• Manage schedules, milestones, and recovery strategies to meet targets.
• Oversee client, design team and owner relationships for satisfaction.
• Mentor field leadership and coordinate with PMs, design teams and trade partners.
• Turnover and closeout including commissioning, punch lists and training.
