Job summary

Clune Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations, site access, scheduling, logistics, safety, and quality across a complex interior healthcare project. You will work with the Project Manager from pre-construction through closeout, guiding teams and coordinating vendors and design partners.

You will lead pre-construction scheduling, develop detailed field plans, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firm’s growth through client engagement and business development

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in RFP responses, including leading presentations and pitches.
• Supervise and participate in pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning.
• Create accurate and detailed project schedules and weekly field updates.
• Manage multiple, large, and/or complex projects with high quality assurance.
• Supervise and manage internal field team, trade partners, and owner vendors.
• Promote teamwork and open communication on the project site.
• Ensure safety culture and OSHA standards are followed on site.
• Coordinate plans with architects and engineers; maintain field document control.
