Qualifications

• 8 years experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, building renovation projects
• Experience directing subcontractors and scheduling all work according to project schedule
• Proven track record of independent judgment in confidential or non-routine matters
• Strong communication with client and leadership team at highest level

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff on the project including carpenters, laborers and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are built according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate materials, tools/equipment, information and staff in the jobsite on time
• Handle all office correspondence and forms (daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports)
• Be a visible, integral team member in the Houston market
