Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale multifamily and mixed-use construction across a robust project pipeline. The role requires steering ground-up work, coordinating with development, design, and construction teams, and directing field operations to meet critical milestones.

You will oversee safety programs, manage subcontractors, and drive schedules while ensuring quality and compliance with codes and documents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor or developer-builder.
• Experience leading ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage field operations on projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong leadership experience managing superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors.
• Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Oversight of safety programs and high safety standards on active sites.
• Ability to manage subcontractor coordination, QC, and inspections.
• Drive project schedules and resolve field-level issues to meet milestones.
• Knowledge of construction documents, specs, and building codes.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and ownership.
• Proficiency with CM software platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
