Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety logs, and punch lists.
