Jobot is seeking a dynamic Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large and complex commercial and institutional construction projects in Richmond, VA. This permanent role requires a proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, coordinating with PMs and subs, monitoring costs, enforcing safety and LEED standards, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supervisory role on large construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and BlueBeam for project delivery.
• CCM or PMP certification is a plus.

• Develop and implement project strategies and schedules to meet milestones.
• Monitor and control costs to maintain the budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality.

• Ensure compliance with LEED or related sustainability standards.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Superintendent to join our team. Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management software such as Procore and BlueBeam.
• Strong knowledge of LEED or equivalent sustainability standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
