Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

This company takes a hands-on, collaborative approach to construction, bringing together experienced field leadership, project management teams, trade partners, and design professionals to successfully execute projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
The Superintendent will serve as a key field leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of multifamily construction projects. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, oversee safety and quality, manage site logistics, and work closely with project management to keep projects progressing according to plan.
