• Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Experience overseeing safety programs and maintaining high safety standards on active construction sites.
• Ability to manage subcontractor coordination, quality control, and inspection processes.
• Experience driving project schedules and resolving field-level issues to maintain milestones.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and building codes.
• Ability to lead project meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.
