Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for a landmark development in Wisconsin. You will oversee all on-site construction activities, coordinate subs, and maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideally you have 10+ years in commercial or multifamily construction, with 5+ years as a superintendent, and a proven track record managing $100M+ projects. OSHA 30 and CM tool expertise (Procore, Bluebeam) are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• At least 5 years in a superintendent or senior superintendent role.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+ preferred).
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials a plus.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and CM tools is highly desirable.
