Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site construction for commercial and multifamily projects. You will lead field staff, coordinate with PMs and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction leadership, strong blueprint reading, and proficiency with Procore or Buildertrend. OSHA 30 preferred; Minnesota worksite experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend).
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
