Job summary

Jobot is seeking a General Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects across a stable pipeline in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will oversee field teams, coordinate scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractor collaboration on large-scale developments from sitework through turnover.

The ideal candidate has senior superintendent experience, strong leadership and communication, and a proven track record managing complex multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as General/Senior Superintendent or equivalent.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Multifamily construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple superintendents and field teams.
• Oversight of large-scale projects from sitework to turnover.
• Knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and construction logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead jobsite safety initiatives and enforce safety standards.
• Reading drawings and specifications.
• Subcontractor meetings and field coordination meetings.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to project sites and valid driver's license.

• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Experience leading jobsite safety initiatives and enforcing safety standards
• Ability to maintain project quality standards and drive schedule performance
• Proficiency reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Experience conducting subcontractor meetings and field coordination meetings
• Knowledge of building codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with project management and field technology platformsStrong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Valid driver's license
