Qualifications

• Commercial construction superintendent experience required.
• Ground-up construction experience essential.
• Renovation and occupied-facility construction experience preferred.
• Experience with K-12/education, municipal, institutional, or commercial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership throughout construction.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, owners, architects, and stakeholders.
