Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Senior Superintendent/General Superintendent to lead complex construction projects across the DMV Region from Bethesda, MD. You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, manpower, and site logistics in collaboration with the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, OSHA 30, and a proven record of managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of construction superintendent experience.
• Experience leading field operations for complex projects valued at $20M+.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations from mobilization to closeout.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, staffing, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Partner with PM to set goals, staffing, and execution plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals for constructability.
