Jobot is seeking a Commercial Interiors Superintendent in Rockville, MD to oversee all phases of interior renovation projects for a busy GC, on-site. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-end interiors on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial interiors, strong leadership, client-facing communication, and proficiency with construction management software.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial interiors.
• Experience overseeing all aspects of the construction process.
• Knowledge of building products, construction details, and quality standards.
• Excellent time management and project organization skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
