Job summary

Sherwood Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Boston, MA to lead landmark projects with autonomy in the field and participate in company ownership through ESOP. This role focuses on safety, schedule adherence, and delivering complex, large-scale work for a national construction manager.

Qualifications

10+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale projects.
Experience delivering $100M+ projects for a reputable GC/CM.
Boston market knowledge with union and non-union environments.
OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all field operations on $100M+ projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and site cleanliness.
Involve in preconstruction to shape constructability, scope, and master schedule.
Partner with Project Executive and Project Manager to meet financial goals.
Coordinate trade partners across union and non-union environments.
Build strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and facilities teams.
Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers to grow leaders.
