The candidate should have 10+ years of superintendent experience, a history of $30M+ wood frame multifamily deliveries, MA CSL, and OSHA certifications. Competitive base salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super).
• MA CSL, OSHA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Onsite daily oversight of the project.
• Overseeing full scope of construction activities.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, subcontractor management, and schedule.
• Manage day-to-day field supervision and planning of personnel/materials.
• Develop and mentor junior staff and supervisors.
