Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $10M-$80M+ in the commercial and academic sectors. This role will require on-site leadership, tight scheduling, and coordination with preconstruction and project management teams.

You will work in an employee-owned culture with mentorship and a collaborative leadership approach, primarily Boston-based with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC.
• Experience on higher education or institutional projects preferred.
• Strong scheduling experience (P6 or MS Project exposure a plus).
• Proven ability to manage complex phasing and occupied renovations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Boston construction market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce quality standards.
• Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee logistics planning for tight urban and occupied campus environments.
• Run OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Partner closely with Project Management and Preconstruction teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships on-site.
