Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years construction management experience or 12+ years with HS diploma.
• Proven track record in construction leadership and project coordination.
• Strong safety program knowledge and OSHA alignment.
• Experience with multiple project scopes and large budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities and ensure safety first across projects.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and production units; manage field team.
• Coordinate trade contractors and suppliers to meet schedules.
• Mentor and coach Superintendents and field personnel.
• Develop site-specific QA/QC plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with owners and design teams to align goals and communications.
