Responsibilities

• Leads all safety culture initiatives and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and logistics.
• Leads stand-up and trade meetings and project reviews.
• Supports budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting.
