Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Permanent Senior Superintendent to lead daily construction site operations on a high-end South Florida project. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards while overseeing on-site teams and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong background in site management, keen attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a diverse crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction management, preferably as a Senior Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and PM principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

Our reputable construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• 6. Proficient in using construction management software.
• 7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• 8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings.
• 9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Construction Supervisor License (CSL) would be a plus.
