Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Senior Superintendent in Florida for a two-year project with a Palm Beach-based builder known for luxury homes and high-end commercial spaces.

The role oversees daily site operations, enforces safety, coordinates with architects/engineers, and drives projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and PM software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management, ideally Senior Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction procedures and PM principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and drawings.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• CCM or CSL certification would be a plus.

Our reputable construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.

• 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• 6. Proficient in using construction management software.
• 7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• 8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings.
• 9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Construction Supervisor License (CSL) would be a plus.
