Job summary

Hexagon is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administrator in the United States to own configuration across Employee Central, Position Management, and Compensation. You will work directly with business areas, support integrations, and provide analytics backup.

Responsibilities include configuring core modules, managing integrations, leading UAT, troubleshooting data issues, and delivering Power BI reporting solutions that translate HR needs into scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors administration with hands-on configuration.
• Deep understanding of HR data structures and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, high-visibility role owning SuccessFactors configuration across Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation, and more.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation, and other core modules.
• Manage integrations, lead UAT, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Provide Power BI reporting support and translate HR needs into scalable solutions.
