Hexagon is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Analyst to own the SAP SuccessFactors configuration and data integrity across core modules, with a secondary focus on Power BI reporting. The role collaborates with multiple Hexagon Business Areas to ensure accurate HRIS data and scalable system solutions.

You will lead UAT, manage integrations, and translate business needs into actionable designs while providing training and governance documentation for HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation).
• Hands-on configuration across modules; exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession or Learning preferred.
• Experience supporting SuccessFactors integrations with other systems.
• Working familiarity with Power BI or a similar BI tool.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and mapping to downstream systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Position Management, and Compensation modules.
• Own Position Management structure, org chart, and company structure overview.
• Support configuration across Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning as needed.
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systems.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and document data flows for governance.
• Lead UAT planning and execution for HRIS changes and cutovers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for SuccessFactors configuration questions.
• Translate HR needs into functional designs and scalable solutions.
• Provide training and documentation to HRBPs and stakeholders.
• Back up Power BI dashboards and assist with legacy report transition to validated Power BI.
• Provide ad hoc reporting for divisional and enterprise leadership.
