Qualifications

• Requires 12 or more years experience in substation design.
• Must have a PE license.
• Valued experience in troubleshooting engineering issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for substation modifications and upgrades.
• Prepare relaying philosophies and oversee engineering work.
• Guide junior engineers and facilitate design reviews.

Skills

Experience designing substations at 138kV and above

Proficiency in SKM, ETAP, ASPEN, CDEGS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with protective relay equipment

Education

Bachelor of Science Engineering degree

Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering degree (preferred)
