Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Manages costs and profitability of projects.
• Prepares client billings and ensures timely payments; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status, risks, and change management; escalates as needed.
• Coordinates and reviews project deliverables with stakeholders; mentors junior PMs.
• Prepares monthly reports, bid packages, and addendums.
