Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HV substations, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and a proven ability to drive safety, schedule, and quality on fast-moving projects within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-voltage substation construction.
• Full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and change management.
• Ability to read critical path and tie schedule data to financial performance.
