North Houston Pole Line (NHPL), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Project Manager to lead high-voltage substation construction projects within our transmission operations. The role covers scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, change management, and client relationships from kickoff to energization and closeout.

Substation experience is preferred, though strong transmission line PM background will be considered.

• Substation Project Management experience required, strong transmission line PM considered.
• Full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and change management from kickoff through energization.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
• Leadership and client-facing skills essential for executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead substation construction projects from kickoff through energization and closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Serve as primary client contact during kickoffs, job walks, progress meetings and reviews, building utility relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and monitor critical path with risk management.
• Own budgets, cost forecasting, and job cost structures; provide financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, negotiate terms, and develop change order documentation and pricing.
• Collaborate with superintendents, field crews and stakeholders to resolve issues and align resources.
• Anticipate risks and drive corrective actions while growing NHPL’s substation portfolio.
